1. Products

1.1 All products listed on this website (which may vary from time to time) are available for delivery within Liverpool, UK.
1.2 Certain products may be delivered in bud form to ensure longer life.
1.3 Some flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous. If you require further information before submitting an order, please contact us using the details in Section 6.
1.4 All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
1.5 If we are unable to supply the product or any substitute at all, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and reimburse your payment in full within 30 days of the intended delivery date.

Alcoholic Gift Range

1.6.1 We reserve the right to replace brands shown with alternatives of equal value and quality.
1.6.2 Under UK law, it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcoholic liquor. By placing an order for alcoholic products, you confirm that you and the recipient are over 18 years of age.


2. Prices

2.1 Prices listed are valid for a maximum of 14 days from submitting your order.
2.2 Prices include VAT.
2.3 Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout and vary depending on location and delivery option selected.


3. Orders & Payments

3.1 You must provide accurate personal details, including postcode, recipient details, and payment information.
3.2 We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
3.3 By clicking ‘Complete Order,’ you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3.4 A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch of your order.


4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery is available within the UK only.
4.2 We will confirm the intended delivery date by email. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
4.3 We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise stated.
4.4 While we aim to deliver on your requested date, delays may occur. If delivery cannot be made, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
4.5 Deliveries to third-party locations (e.g., offices, hospitals, hotels) will be deemed complete upon signature by an authorised person.
4.6 We are not responsible for incorrect delivery if the address provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
4.7 If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave the order with a neighbour or leave a card for rearrangement.
4.8 Preferred delivery times cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated where possible.
4.9 We reserve the right to contact the recipient directly if delivery issues arise.


5. Cancellation

5.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.
5.2 To amend or cancel your order, please contact us using the contact details set out in Section 6 below.
5.3 You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy

As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at Best Florist Liverpool and want you to enjoy our arrangements as much as we do.

If you are not completely satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue. If an order is delivered and there is a question of quality, the recipient should contact us directly. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement.

To request a replacement, Best Florist Liverpool must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made if we are not notified within this timeframe.

Proper care is required for flowers. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by lack of care.


7. Disclaimer

7.1 While we use reasonable endeavours to ensure this website and service are fully operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee this and accept no responsibility for defects or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7.2 (a) We accept liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence.
(b) Subject to clause 7.2(a), our liability shall be limited to three times the price paid for the products.
(c) We exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, contracts, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
(d) We shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control.


8. General

8.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the site and take effect 2 hours after posting.
8.2 We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services at any time.
8.3 These Terms & Conditions include all other notices and policies on the site. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail.
8.4 We comply with all current data protection legislation, including UK GDPR.
8.5 A person who is not a party to this agreement has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
8.6 This agreement supersedes all prior arrangements and constitutes the entire agreement between you and us.
8.7 Purchases are deemed to occur in the UK. These Terms are governed by English law, and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
